Your Wedding Experience
I want to make sure that your wedding and booking process is smooth. This is a step by step process of what booking with me looks like so that you know your day is taken into good hands.
Step One
Lets chat about booking
1. Contact Amelia Mae Photography. Fastest way to contact me is through the contact page above. If these packages don't fit your wedding day, no problem! We can set up a call or meet in person to go over what your dream wedding day looks like so we can customize a package that best suits your needs. During this meeting will create a timeline for your day, go over all of your questions, and get an exact price and package for you.
2. Once you are ready to say "yes!" to booking, you'll place a deposit to hold your special day and then you will officially be booked!
Step 2
Engagement
Session Time!
During our meeting we will set a date for an engagement session. We will decide on a location for this session and it will last 30 minutes. I will share my favorite locations if you are unsure of where you'd like to go. This is a great opportunity to capture images for announcements and save the dates, along with showing off your beautiful ring.
Step 3
The Wait
During the period between your booking and your wedding day, I ask for you to keep me in the loop with any updates/changes made to your wedding. If needed, we will have a meeting a month or so prior to the wedding. This will be to confirm all of the wedding details, such as the timeline. The final payment will be due a week prior to your wedding day.
Step 4
The Big Day
Once your wedding day is here, we will have all the plans in place so there will be nothing to worry about. Time to relax and enjoy your day!
Step 5
Image Delivery
Different times of the year will have different delivery dates for your full online gallery. Before then, I will send out a sneak peek with many photos so that you can create thank you cards and make prints. When your full gallery is delivered, you will have a variety of beautifully edited images that will last a lifetime!
